When shopping for a hybrid in Sep 09, we came here first. We couldn't get a salesperson to help us at all, so we walked out. After being put off by another dealer, we came back for one more try.Walking in with our scraggy gym clothes, a salesperson ( Alex) jumped up and attended to us right away. He showed us a Prius, took us for a ride and offered book value on our 9 year old Saturn. Since Priuses were at a premium then, no chance of deals, but we expected that.No gimmicks or sleazy tactics, just honest answers. This person really went out of his way to assist and find us a Prius.I recommend getting the base model if you don't need all the gadgets then have them install heated leather seats for $1500. Well worth the money, especially in Boston winters.Only problem I had, and I have faced this with other dealers, he would not take off the $200 floor mats. Its ridiculous, you pay $23 - $27K for a car and the dealers want to stick you with overpriced floor mats. You can purchase better aftermarket ones. When I finally received my Prius, it had an extra and useless $70 exterior option, so that made up for half the floor mats.If I decide to purchase another Toyota (if I survive the gas and brake recalls), I will definitely come here first. Their service employees are very nice and friendly, they offer a local shuttle and their waiting room is fantastic.
