My bag was delayed by Air France. I really needed my suitcase to be delivered ASAP. When it arrived at the airport in the afternoon Air France assured me it would be delivered that same day in the evening. I changed my delivery address from my work to my home one, which Air France told me was not a problem. I had supplied 3 phone numbers; my work land line and 2 cell phones. My bag was not delivered! Next day turns out they only called my work phone at 10PM, and when nobody picked up, they didn't bother to check the other 2 cell phones so the bag was not delivered!! They were rude on the phone. They are really inconsiderate and don't care about the timely delivery of your luggage. Better to pick it up yourself from the airport!!
