I placed an order for material that was supposed to have been 'in stock'. I followed up 4 business days after placing the order to see if it was ready to be picked up. I was told by the store that it was being delivered to their store on Saturday. So I checked back that following Monday and was told that the incorrect material had been shipped and my material wasn't going to be there at the store for another 2 weeks! Customer service, after being disconnected twice, was completely unable to help- other than to tell me that I could pay 1/2 of the total cost of my order to have the material shipped from 450 miles away - which totally negates the 'good deal' I thought I was getting. CS did cancel my order for me and I bought locally a slightly better product for $0.10 more per SF. I work on time sensitive construction projects and cannot afford to be jerked around by any company like this. I will absolutely never contact them again.
