Businiess name:  Carl Miller Funeral Home

Review content:
I went to a viewing for a neighbor here. I was appalled when I walked in the door and right in to a viewing area. The woman at the Customer Service Desk (yes, can you believe that one? A customer service desk right in the middle of the viewing room) started yelling at me that a Hispanic gentleman's viewing was in another room. I think she was quite presumptuous that I wouldn't be there for an African-American viewing. The Family of the deceased was highly upset that there was absolutely no privacy for the family. There is a parking lot for about 10 cars, and the rest is street parking. The neighborhood is bad, so you don't want to park to far away. Mr. Miller used to be such a respected businessman in this community, they even renamed the street Carl Miller Blvd. He is now deceased and I don't know if it's new owners or management, but they could certainly learn a thing or two about professionalism and privacy, and class.
