Penguin Windows has an D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and 49 complaints as of August-- this is what is says in part on the BBB site "BBB has received a pattern of complaints regarding high pressure sales tactics, and agressive door-to-door solicitation and presentations. Consumers claim that they agree to receive an estimate and the representative may spend hours in their home pressuring them into a purchase"
