Good: Quick estimate. That was about the only good thing about this company.. Bad: Damage to property that company owner didn't even offer to fix. Failed Plumbing inspection twice. Dryer vent fell off , new vanity chipped in 2 places. Plumber went through ceiling in 2 places. Drilled two six inch holes in hardwood floor and left them when I discovered they were in the wrong place. I recently discovered that the supply line to the new toilet has been weeping and had seeped under all my brand new bathroom tile. I'm not sure it will dry out properly.. Improvements: Company owners need to monitor their workers and take responsibility for what they mess up. Company owner has an attitude and an answer for everything.. Other: This company was highly recommended by several other tradesman. I was surprised at all the hand holding I had to do. This company charges top dollar for poor quality work.They forgot to connect the new laundry room vent to the main vent line allowing sewer gas into the attic. I was glad when they finally passed inspection even though I had to absorb all the damage they did. I was glad to be done with them. Best thing is to stay away and find a company that is recommended by real customers..
