Hi my name is Vee, I have a cute white F150 Truck,she,s been hanging in there,I had a so called aquaintence change my oil filter and oil,the other guy sopposely changed my spark plugs, which he didn't complete the job. he only chaned half of them.Since then right after that matter my truck started feelin different,like it was shakey,it felt like it wanted to turn off on me. 2days after my service engine light went on,a few dys after that i was gonna head home as i attempted to turn the key and start my truck it wouldn't stay on,so i attempted it again,i noticed the tempature gage was all the way on the C. So i attempted to turn it on again and kept my fooot slightly on the gas pedal,noticed the temp-gage rising slowly. so after 7attemps,I realized that keeping my foot on the gas pedal,until it reached a certain leval, then eventually it stayed on. Now every time i go to start my truck it doesn't stay on. i have to keep my foot on the gas pedal, to keep it on,even then if i put it in reverse gear it automatically dies out. my service engine light vis still on,it turns off when trying to change gears. So I basically need to know what this problem may be. May you please help me and tell me what i have to do to make it right so my cute truckie can feel better.I don't want my engine,tranny or anything else to result as a major damage to my truck, due to these issues, or due to lack of automotive knowledge.
