Individuals writing critiques of either a business or other people shouldn't cast a wide net in describing their experience.
I worked for Securitas / Pinkerton in the past and have met some outstanding, dedicated, and hardworking people.
Now some of the clients were less than personable - a few even obnoxious... but still people being people - were a pleasure to work with.
Try not to tarnish the reputation of others when you use the web. I believe all things come back to us no matter what we do.
