my sad sad 98 jeep broke down on forest park pkwy and was towed to glendale jeep. I was headed out of town for the weekend so i left it with them and it was all fixed up when I returned. they were pleasant and got to me right away when the tow truck arrived with my car. it was 100+ degrees but i didn't get anything for showing up w/o an apt. I think considering it was the wkend they did a good job of getting the work done by the time i got back.
it also cost me not a dime because whatever they repaired was a par tthat had just been replaced so it was under warranty. they also performed some 27pt inspection/check and told me waht else was wrong with the car.
from my limited experience, it is a great service dept...
