What a relief to find a contractor I could rely on. I had tried two previous companies and it was like they didn't want business - wouldn't get me an estimate after weeks of waiting, wouldn't show me their contract, wouldn't write their guarantee. Bob, the owner, made sure we were taken care of, in a perfect transaction - he immediately went to the house and gave a written estimate, spoke at length to me about the options, seemed concerned about doing the job in the best possible way, his guys showed up on time, got a rather large job done in a day, and then Bob came out to inspect it before asking for payment. Couldn't have been better. Yes - don't hesitate to use them. As an aside - their equipment was in the driveway when we needed to take my elderly mom to the doctor, so the guys CARRIED my mom out to the car at the street. Very thoughtful! - G. Gardner
