A review of the Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair.
When our Maytag washer did not want to drain properly we initially called the national chain where we purchased the machine. With a wait time of one-week we began to search the internet for a local business who could address our repair in an expedient manner.
Our research pointed to several local businesses, we called and spoke with several people. It is was Paul's Service who was able to convey a sense of professionalism.
It was clear that Paul was knowledgeable and willing to take his time to give us an estimate over the phone.
We scheduled an appointment.
Arriving on time, the technician was clean, professional and well spoken. Taking his time the diagnosis was just as Paul had stated.
Our machine was working within an hour.
We are very pleased that we used Paul's Service and will continue to recommend this family-owned business to anyone who asks.
