They were recommend to us by friends over and over, and the price was very competitive, so we gave them a shot. The ordering process took a little while, but when doesn't it. The service was UNBEATABLE! From the sales to the installation there were NO problems. My carpet looks great and has worn well and there were no surprise costs! What was quoted was what we paid! I really liked that. Small business with small staff that REALLY takes the time to work with you and within your budget.
