I had a couple of pieces apprasied in 2004 at their office in CT. Over the last few years, we acquired some new items, and wanted those appraised and the older appraisal updated. I looked on line to find them again and was very happy, to discover they now have an office in my home state of MA.
My Husband and I met with Leslie and she was as nice as she could be. She documented all our jewlery, took pictures and gave us a quick overview of what we should expect. She was honest enough to let us know that the old watches, which were left to my Husband, were really not worth too much and she didn't think it would be worth our while to have a full appraisal done on them. How's that for integrity?
When I picked up the items, they were sparkling clean and looked like new. Leslie provided me with a very professional and detailed appraisal package, along with a copy to give to the insurer. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable her pricing was.
I have a new appraiser for life! Thanks Leslie!
Pros: Experienced, trustworthy, honest and thorough
