Review content:
This place deserves a zero star. The worst sales department from the top down. Starting from the sales manager Ron, to Tarrah, to the finance guy, to the sales guy David. I went to this dealership after finding their internet sales price on a Toyota vehicle. I call the dealer, talk to the sales manager, who assures me of the price and availability of the car. He informs me to only talk to Tarrah when I get there. Of course, when I get there, they hand me off to some low level sales guy. Give me the run around for 2.5 hours - supposedly doing paper work. After getting my financial info, the sales guy comes out and says our price is actually $1000 over what we advertised and we want you to buy some $2000 option. Run away from this place. They promise the world and will deliver the worst auto sales experience. I think all the ratings with more than 1 star on yelp or any other website are fake. If Toyota has many more dealerships like this one, Toyota will be going down the tubes in no time. Pros: none Cons: con artists - like the newspaper ads from back in the day
