After interviewing 6 different companies, this is why we chose American Reliable Windows. They are vinyl window professionals. This is what they do. I had done my homework, so I knew the quality of their windows were top notch, and the price was good, too. When Dan Patten came to give us the estimate, he was not "pushy" in any way, shape or form. He was knowledgeable and he explained about the new vinyl windows. He was very helpful. He explained all the available options. After we accepted the estimate from Dan Patten, about 4 weeks later, a team of 5 installers arrived on time, on the scheduled day, with drop cloths. They covered all the floors and walkways (they even took their shoes off when inside the house, because we do not wear them while inside). They installed 12 large windows and 1 patio door in one day. They vacuumed with a high-powered vacuum, after they finished installing. This company is everything they claim to be, and more. They were very polite and professional. The crew kept things clean all along the way, and hauled away all the old windows and all debris at no extra charge. The team was very neat and efficient. When they finished installing the new windows, they did not ask for a final payment and ran off. They took their time and walked with me and my husband. They checked each and every window to make sure that every thing was in working order. They instructed us how to use the windows and how to maintain them. They answered all our questions and were very detailed in their explanations. This shows that this is a very professional company and they do what they promise. We were very pleased with our experience from start to finish. Since our installation, we have recommended them to at list 7 family members. Their customer service is head and shoulders above anyone. I'm happy to say, our windows look AMAZING... P.S. We had a great experience with Dan Patten, Sales Representative, and his team of workers. BRAVO!!!
