I've had horrible expieriences with all of the Day Automotive chains in the Monroeville area for years. Every time I get my car serviced there, they fix other things even if I specifically ask them not to do any other work. They are reluctant to fix anything without making buy other products/services from them. I will never buy another car from them again.
