I attempted twice to place an order with this company. Both times, they lost or "could not find" the order. The first order was placed in April 2010. The second time I ordered, on June 1, 2010, I resubmitted over the phone and also via email and when I called today, 2 weeks later, to get the status of my order- they could not find it-again. I would not recommend this very unprofessional company to anyone. I have never once received any communications from them. Although they were friendly, their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I don't know how they stay in business.
