Sorry, nice guys but they can't fix anything. You'll leave your machine there and maybe they get back to you in a week and maybe not. Anytime you enter the store they are both sitting there playing internet games. I've tried 3 times with them and after 3 strikes they are definitely out! The only thing they seem to be able to come up with is "bad motherboard". On every computer???? Get real. I was really disgusted on the last try and they were pretty rude, didn't even open up the door for me as I was carrying out my machine.
Just don't bother is my recommendation.
Mount Orab is definitely growing and deserving of better than this, I'm a long time resident and will definitely spread the word here. I really wanted them to be a dependable place to rely on for repairs etc., but, it just isn't possible. Hopefully this review will help someone prevent wasting their money at All About Computers in Mount Orab.
Update: My boss took the computer to his stepson, a self taught computer geek, he fixed it in 2 hours. Like I said, don't waste your time or money at the All About Computers shop in Mount Orab.
