Review content:
We hired SF Bay to do our project after lengthy discussions with various contractors. SF Bay told us that they would have us into our home in 4 months. It did happen.
Work included new foundations, completely removing all existing work and putting on an addition to the rear of the house. All new finishes inside & out.
We had no details on our drawings which didn't seem to matter as Brian Kenny as he basically designed the whole project.
We didn't think it was possible to complete the project in this lengthof time but we actually moved back in on Feb 1, 2010.
All the trim was custom and they did an amazing job.
It was pretty smooth sailing really as they seemed to know what they were doing.
I would highly reccommend this company.
