If you want to get a great haircut at an even better price, look no further than Cost Cutters. Despite it being a "bargain" salon, the stylists are as good as any out there at higher priced establishments. Kerry, the manager, has gone through extensive training, specializing in coloring. She is excellent at her job and makes customers feel welcome. I have been going to Cost Cutters for years and always get compliments on my hair. The only drawback to Cost Cutters is that they don't book appointments for cuts ahead of time (they do book perms and coloring). You can call ahead on the same day, however, and be given a time to come in.
