Review content:
Mary (the owner and massage therapist) is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. She is trained in all types of massage therapy and uses a combination of techniques to meet the needs of every individual client. Each massage is catered in both the techniques used and the time allowed per body part to what the client needs. During my massage, she used a combination of Swedish, Thai, and Shiatsu to both stretch out my over-exercised muscles and give me a relaxing massage. My husband, who had just injured his back, was given a massage using Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, hot rocks, and chiropractic realignment techniques. I was impressed by her knowledge of alternative medicine and her application of these theories to her massage therapy. I would definately recommend her to anyone who wants or needs a massage. I can't wait to get another massage the next time we are in Carmel!
Pros: Excellent massage, individualized technique, beautiful murals on the walls.
Cons: Can get expensive when she goes over an hour if she feels that you need the extra time.
