We have purchased from Applicance Factory Outlet before so we are repeat customers. Everyone we have recommended to go there has thanked us.
What I like best is that they yes they ask the standard question but they listen to the answer you give them. They then work with you to match you to the right appliance which is not always the most expensive.
They remind me of past experiences when business believed that they made more money with happy repeat customers then one purchase and a non-returning customer.
