This is my home away from home. Fabulous hot dogs. I don't normally like corn dogs, but theirs are INCREDIBLE!!! You can tell just by looking at them they are hand-dipped and real cornbread, not some weird synthetic-like cornbread.
Great french fries, awesome atmosphere (very Austin), really cool employees and just a perfect Austin restaurant. Never know what kind of music will be playing, but it's always interesting.
I have eaten many hot dogs around town and these are hands down the best. I think it's a combination of them being grilled instead of boiled or put on one of those hot dog roller thingies. Also, they butter the hot dog buns before toasting and butter makes everything better.
My husband raves about the chili. Says you could eat it on its own.
AND, if you have vegetarian friends, this is the place to go! Plenty of food options for them!
Pros: delicious dogs, tasty fries, vegetarian options
Cons: too far from my house!, tiny so can be crowded.
