Review content:
This apartment complex is about an 8 minute walk to the Courthouse Metro located on the Orange Line. There's a polic station that's on the next block, so you can be assured of your safety. The building offers studious, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments. Many of the apartments have a sunroom which can be used as a dining area, office space, or can be converted into a third bedroom. The apartments are spacious and fairly new. The staff isn't always that helpful or knowledgeable, though they usually do get your requests fulfilled.
The building has a small gym with treadmills, older elliptecal machines, some weight machines, and a small free weight room. There's 2 racquetball courts, a small pool that doesn't get a lot of sun, and a nice lounge area with a tv and deck that overlooks downtown DC and is a perfect place to view the July 4 fireworks. There's also grills that is free to use.
It's generally a nice place to live. It won't be cheap, but that's how Arlington is - you pay for the proximity to DC and the convenience of the metro.
