...this was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had at a spa. The room where I had my massage was dirty...there must have been a scrub in the room prior, I could feel the grains on the floor when I took off my slippers to get on the table. The massage was sooo strong, that I asked 3 times for them to not be as aggressive and he told me "relax". I had bruises on my back, arms and legs. I have waited to write this because I did not want to be emotional. I did call and leave a message with the receptionist for the owner and never had a call back. I even emailed the owner with no reply. I feel as if they don't care. I paid full price for a swedish 50min massage. No one advised me of the special when I called, they asked me when I came in. I told them I didn't know about it and asked if I could get that price as a new customer and I was told I could not.
I have never been so disapointed in a Spa. They are not professional. They are not friendly. I will not recommend them to anyone.
