Review content:
Tropical Fitness is a large private gym that features a wide array of various fitness equipment. They have bikes, elliptical machines, and treadmills for stamina training, as well as free weights and various machines that work out different muscles. You can hire a personal trainer to guide you through your workout process and even get a dietician to plan out your meals. The gym is of high caliber and even has a hot tub and sauna to relax in after a grueling workout session. This is my gym of choice in Long Island.
