Review content:
Matt with sales was very prompt and thorough. He followed up with us at appropriate intervals without being too pushy. He was easy to communicate with and work with. We were a little disappointed with the apparent lack of communication between what our requests were and the drawings that were sent to us for approval--however, in the end the deck is exactly what we wanted. The work crew was efficient and cleaned up after the job was done. One of the stair boards has a split in it which is a bit concerning. I would prefer a board that is without flaws, especially on a step. Overall we are quite happy with the final product. Thank you, Angela Kaus
