Businiess name:  Hakata Sushi & Asian Grill

Review content:
We have been to Hakata just twice, but will probably not go back. Overall the sushi is very good. We were extremely pleased with the Super White Tuna. We could not find a spicey roll that we liked - the preferred method of "heat" seems to be the red paste that was too "tomatoey" tasting for us. The biggest reason we will not go back is the shear TIME it took to get our order! Chris, the sushi chef, is back there solo, so our lunch orders took 45 minutes. We live nearby and would have really been in heaven if this was THE sushi joint for us, but unfortunately, we found Beluga in Round Rock to be more along our tastes. The strip mall/HEB shopping complex doesn't add much to the ambiance, but hey, we were there for the food. Overall: try it - you might like it. Pros: Freshness of sushi Cons: Slow service
