I'm a natural Brunette, who gets my hair done Blonde. Bleach is harsh, but it shouldn't burn.. I was getting my roots done @ Absolute less than a year ago, I told the colorist that my scalp hurt & she was like-- o its normal. It ended up bleeding!! I ran to the bathroom, crying- she came to the door yelling @ me to come out and the manager didnt seem to care either. I didnt pay and will never ever be back.

Cons: Poor service, Rude, Horrible @ Bleaching
