When I came here for a tour and talk about attending school here I was told about all the great things they had to offer and all the great thing they would do for me. I was told how the instructors and administration would always be there to help me. Lol the laugh was on me. The school is dirty, I don't feel comfortable going in the bathrooms or eating in the dark small dirty lunchroom. The classrooms are depressing and dingy. The equipment is outdated and broken down. Now lets talk about the customer service at the front desk. Oh there is none. They are rude and pushy and have no idea what the students need to perform the services. I have had several clients up at the front desk trying to buy product and again they were rude and to lazy to find what the client needed. Its like pulling teeth to get anything done around there. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Its like "who's on first and who's on second." The daytime esthetician instructor is moody and extremely unprofessional. All they care about is making money off the students. Whats really funny is, what are they doing with all the money they get from the students and clients because it sure is not going back into the school. The place is a mess!
