Very unprofessional!!!!!!!! A gown was not ordered for a wedding party until 1 month before the wedding!!! And they failed to even tell the girl who ordered the gown that her gown was not ordered. Even though the girl had payed her deposit and was expecting to receive her gown with the other gowns in the bridal party. The owner created a bunch of drama by getting involved between bridal party members and the bride. A hassle that no one had anticipated nor was it expected or needed. This was the worse experience I have ever encountered dealing with any bridal shop!!!!!!!!!!!! This may be a one time experience for this business but I personally would not have to think twice about avoiding this business and looking elsewhere for bridal party gowns in the future.
