Businiess name:  ZIPS Dry Cleaners
Review by:  M L.
Review content:
Advertised as nothing above $1.79, Zips is a great place to drop off dry cleaning for a cheap price. In saying this, you do get what you pay for. While items don't seem to get lost, clothes aren't always nicely pressed - this is only really a problem for collared shirts, as sweaters and woven clothes are usually laundered. By the way, the $1.79 doesn't really apply to everything, but you'll have to check at the store to see what the stipulation is. The place is set up like a big factory, so it's all about volume, which is why the prices are low. Think of it as a Walmart for dry cleaning - cheap prices, medium quality. They will also do alterations that's probably cheaper than most places. However, I did encounter a problem where they actually did not hem my pants correctly, and I had to go back and get it fixed. The customer service isn't that great, but what can you expect for minimum wage workers? Overall, if you have a car, this is probably the best deal around.
