Review content:
The manager was very nice to us and seemed very interested in our celebration and event decorations. He came over and assisted with our needs and even found a light bulb for us out of his office because we forgot ours. He moved tables around, introduced us to other patrons and employees, assigned an attendant to help with our needs and then he even swept the floor when he saw paper on the floor in our booth. We insisted that it was okay and we could remove the paper but he insisted that he would not allow that from his customers.
He mentioned starting a Website for professional women and inquired about participants for his ambitious site.
He allowed us to bring in our own dessert table and a few desserts, including theme decorations. He opened the side entrance for us and did not question our actions as far as what our intentions were for decorating a portion of his club. He trusted our design. We were allowed in 3 hours before the event inorder to decorate. He checked in on us to make sure we were okay and did not need anything. I had to iorn my linen for the dessert table and he allowed me to do that as well with no complaints. The attendant checked in on us as well, she was a courteous sweetheart.
Looking forward to our next event at Houston's~
Pros: The Manager Has Good Customer Service
Cons: Let me think about that more~
