Review content:
Unlike other places, Tapioca Express adds the spice to your chicken or calamari, so you don't need to do it yourself. The workers make the drinks the way you want it and it is fairly quick unless it is packed with a lot of people (which it usually is -- meaning its great!) They provide you with magazines and chess sets to play with so that you can stay there as long as you want to enjoy your food. There is no policy that says you need to PAY to use the rest room or PAY to sit down and hang out with your friends.
