I don't know why everyone seems to not like it here because I've been living at Legend Park for over a year now and I love it. Sure it has its problems, but every place does. When something breaks the maintenance crew fixes everything right away and if there is ever a problem the staff is very helpful. I live alone on the ground floor and I feel very safe. My neighbors have 2 kids and the only time I can even hear them is if they are walking loudly down the hallway, which is hardly ever. And all of the people that I have met in my building are very friendly. I also love the fact that gas, heat and air are all included in the rent, which is a big money saver. I like it so much that I just renewed my lease and will be staying for at least another year.
I would recommend Legend Park to a friend in a second.
