Professional and very personal treatment. Clear concise conversations with all 3 sales reps we were in contact with. There was never any pressure to include an option. All offerings were clearly explained. Austin was able to quickly find the exact model color and options we wanted. We found that our positive experiences with the service department we have enjoyed over the years was carried over into our sales experience. We feel our total Russel Toyota experience has been the best of any dealers we have had business with thus far.
