They people are excellent.They help food service and hospitality industries comply with Health Department regulations to protect the health of your customers, employees, and your business. Mid-Atlantic offers a variety of services including food safety certifications, alcohol awareness certifications, HACCP compliance, training and development.
Mid-Atlantic features food safety education and certification programs for employees and managers for the National Registry of Food Safety professionals(NRFSP), utilizing training materials from the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and ServSafe® of The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Their Food Safety Program is dedicated to working with the Environmental Health Departments of Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania and Florida in providing the Food Service and Hospitality Industries with quality, cost effective training. Ask for Sheila, she is my favorite! :-)
