Good: Location. Bad: I went to visit my mother and the nursing staff was cursing in the halls. I went to the nursing station to report it and the Unit Manager Christy was telling a crude joke to another RN. Also in my mother's room I could see outside through the air conditioner. Improvements: Train staff better and improve the conditions.
