I am sending this friendly warning to you because i care. I am one of your first customers when you opened your doors and one of the attributes that kept me with your company is your customer service which was super.
I called last week for an emergency repair and didn't get a call back. This is quite unusual from what i know of you and i am very displeased.
I hope the owner puts his house in order or loose me. I may not be all the customers you have but when one customer leaves and tells a bad story, 50 others follow. Be warned.
PS: i have enjoyed your good services and this is not a review to put you down but a call to action to the owner of this company that started out well.
You lost one star from me because of this. Sorry
