Businiess name:  Molinaro's Ristorante

Review content:
Ordered 50 chicken wings extra crispy for my family. Actually asked them to have them in the fryer for 25 minutes. The girl who answered the phone sounded very young and she was very quick to hang up to take the next order. When we received the wings they were not crispy..actually they had white soggy raw spots on them. They were the soggiest I ever had!!!! My husband ordered a "Cooper's Special" and it had no cheese on it. I thought maybe the girl who was very quick to get off the phone forgot to tell the cooks extra crispy, so I called the restaurant to let them know about the food. She said they were cooked for 25 minutes, there was nothing they would do and I could not talk to a manger because there was no one in charge there. What kind of place is this? I was furious!!! I called back the next day and asked to speak to the owner, I had to leave a message with a much more professional girl. However, the worst part is the owner never called back!!! There food and customer service has gone way down. My family has supported this business since their beginnings on Summit Street. My aunt (who is a personal friend of the owners) has also had similar instances. She let Mike know and he offered nothing to rectify the situation. Tuesday nights is girls night and they no longer order from Molinaro's!!! I am extremely disappointed in the food quality and the customer service. No more Molinaro's from us either!! We will patronize restaurants that care about their business, food quality and reputation.
