There was no push or pressure as to what I should get. When we were looking at the cars they were all clean and the lot was comfortably filled with just the perfect amount of cars to look at. The car I wanted was right there and not in some little dark corner where the cheaper cars sit. I left very, very happy with the price of the car and that all of my questions got answered with care. Sedrick (Sedaba, Finance Manager) was awesome. He felt he really understood my concerns (media invoked) and addressed them thoroughly. I feel totally safe in my car and I really enjoy driving it. My sales guy (Tamer Kassem) really presented my shiny new clean car as mine which is really nice. It was very clean. I'm still enjoying the new car smell every time I get in it. The Manager, Sales Guy and Sedrick making sure all the questions and concerns were truly answered. No one had attitude. I totally think any one can come to this Toyota shop and get treated really well with honest and kind services.”
