Good: Nothing. Bad: Customer Service is terrible. They have given out private account information to family member who are not listed on our account. We suffered from a job loss and got two months behind on the credit card with them, and sold a vehicle we had a loan for through them they now refuse to release the title for the paid off vehicle until the credit card is made current. They have been rude during this rough time when all payment until now have been on time. Will never so business with them again.. Improvements: They need to implement new policies, care about their customers not only during good times but during bad times as well.. Other: Working hard to pay off this credit card so that I will never have to deal with anyone at this bank ever again. I have since found a wonderful bank and they have been wonderful and working with our family to minimize damage to our credit while still working to get payments current since our job loss..
