I should have listened to my instincts and turned around and left as soon as I saw this place.
I understand that many dental practices are in fact based in a house that's been transformed into an office, but just looking at the outside gave me a bad feeling. The outside of the house this office is based in is in disrepair. Upon walking in, the reception area was no better...dimly lit and carrying a bad odor.
I was the first morning appointment, and while I was taken back to a chair almost immediately, I was then made to wait quite a while to see Dr. Hayes. I could see into a room across from where I was that was full of junk.
When I finally did see Dr. Hayes, he was very dismissive of my concerns. I will never see him again nor will I recommend his services to anyone else.
