I am very thankful for Dr. Carol Smith at Family Eye Care. I have been having issues with my eyes for about 6 weeks now. My corneas are swollen causing blurred vision and headaches. This has been a bit of a stressor. :) She was such a caring individual. After having a very poor experience at another local optometrist office, I decided to retrieve my files from that office and go to Family Eye Care. Dr. Smith was very thorough and expressed that she would come in after hours should I have any further complications. She directed the office staff to contact her immediately should I call. Not that I want this to happen, but it is such a relief to know that she would be there should I need her. It was a great experience. I am so thankful to have an eye doctor for our stay here in Jacksonville.
