Businiess name:  Interventional Pain and Physical Medicine Clinic (IPPMC)
Review by:  Paul D.
Review content:
After my car accident in 2002, I was dealing with a lot of pain and treating primarily with my neurologist for my neck and headache symptoms. After three years, monthly visits for cortisone injections nothing helped. I sought out treatment at Urgent Care and the Emergency Room. I thought they would listen, but instead they thought I was a drug seeker. Since no one would listed, I started to internalize this pain. I sat many nights just crying because no one would help me. From this came the depression. I finally got the courage to try one more time and that is when I came to your clinic. Although I didn't trust anyone because of the care I had received in the past, you listened. At your clinic I finally had a place to talk about the pain and I began to trust again. With diagnostic imaging, treatments, and medications, I am now able to live my life again. I have been able to dramatically decrease the amount of antidepressants I take. I am able to handle the class load and haven't had to withdraw from any classes, like I had to previously. I am able to handle my life unlike before. I just want to thank you so much; I don't know where I would be today if I hadn't taken that first step into your office.
