Review content:
Good: Took my car in for lower ball joint as another shop told me that was what it needed. They looked at and told me they were not needed and asked what problem I had, Told them it pulled bad when braking, they tested it and said the calipers were bad. I didn't know if I could trust them so I took it back to the shop that did the brakes. They replaced the lower ball joints ($247) and that didn't fix the pull. took it back to Tideys, they replaced the calipers, Poll Fixed. I guess I should have Trusted Tideys.. Other: Tideys will get my business from now on, and I will recommend them to all my family and friends. They could have Done just as I asked and replaced the ball joints, but instead they checked them first and then ASKED me why I wanted them replaced, so they could find the real problem. I learned a $247 lesson..
