Bad: had my front brakes done at wills and when I pressed the peddle hard the car would dive to the left. took it back, they told me the lower ball joints were loose, Had those replaced ($247) and the car still pulled bad left when you applied the brakes. Had it diagnosed at another shop, Needed new calipers ($137) now it stops straight. I was told if the ball joints had been the cause then the car should have pulled before the brakes were done. I don't think they were needed. they didn't fix my problem.. Other: I wouldn't recommend Will to anyone.!.
