Review content:
I came to this practice about a year ago, after taking my animals to another practice that was very expensive. While I understand veternary care period, I found these prices to be more reasonable. More importantly, I found out Dr. Ramos to be very kind and compassionate-to both myself and my animal , and her knowledge and ability to diagnose my dog's issues was excellent. She was also able to present various optins for treatment based on diagnosis, prognosis and budget. She ALWAYS educates me during the process of treating my animal, which I appreciate very much because it helps me to know what to expect and enables me to make the best decision for my situation. Dr. Clements is also very knowledgable and detailed in treating my dog's obstruction and educating me in how to care for him and what to expect. In response to the previous review about Dr. Clement being rude-sometimes it is very difficult for us as pet owners to hear the truth about our situation and the decisions we need to make about our beloved animals but Ithat is part of their training as professionals and ultimately honesty is what earns a person's trust and respect...and sometimes that is painful to hear.
