We recently sold our Jamaica Plain condo using Will Brokhoff and the Boston Home Team. I was nervous about selling into a sagging real estate market and expected the worst in terms of pricing, time on market, and the number of headaches that a seller would have to deal with under these conditions. Will got the deal done, signed, and delivered within 9 weeks of listing with a great outcome for us. What was most refreshing about working with Will compared to other real estate agents is that he went above and beyond to earn his commission. He not only provided advice on prepping the property but also did all of the leg-work to meet contractors and get the work done at very reasonable prices. I naturally trusted his instincts on negotiation and property prep and his no-nonsense style of communication made extremely efficient use of my time. I would highly recommend Will to anyone considering listing their property in the Boston area.
