When I first thought about the prospect of braces, I was terrified because of a long-standing phobia of denistry in general. After the intial consultation, I felt confident that, if there was a way to overcome my fear, your office would help me do it. A note was made on my chart and I was treated as delicately as possible at all times. Everyone in the office really respected my wishes and did all they could to make sure that I was comfortable. Gradually, my fear faded until I actually looked forward to my appointments. I was so excited when I actually saw progress in the improvement of my teeth. Any and all questions I have had were answered kindly and respectfully. If I brought up any type of concern, it was handled immediately. I am so thankful that I choose an orthodontist who was so receptive to my needs. The staff have also been wonderful in handling medical, billing, and scheduling needs. I am almost at the end of my time with braces and I could not imagine having gone through this process with another orthodontist. Thank you a million times over for everything!
